Nick has a sports science degree and holds the highest qualification on the Register of Exercise Professionals.  He continues to develop his knowledge and training techniques to add diversity and provide more for his clients.  Nick has a weekly slot as the fitness expert on Heart 106 FM offering advice and tips to its listeners, which is incredibly popular.

In his spare time Nick competes in regular triathlons right across the country and is currently training for his first Iron Man in Lanzarote.  This gruelling race will put Nicks fitness to the test with most competitors taking up to 12 hours to complete it!

Nick makes fitness fun as well as demanding, he will motivate you to achieve those all important goals and will not let you fail.  So expect hard work and constant drive as standard!

Claire has been practising Yoga for 6 years, specialising in Hatha and Astanga Yoga which offers both gentle and dynamic yoga forms, depending on the individuals requirements.

Yoga can be surprisingly demanding and very beneficial to both body strength and tone and clarity of the mind.  Claire’s approach ensures that you benefit from the right mix of these elements to help you vent those daily frustrations, release tension from your muscles and feel good about yourself.
