When Nick asked me to write a testimonial for him I knew straight away what I wanted to say.  In brief, I would not be where I am today if it was not for Nick.  He has helped me to not only lose excess weight and fat but has also improved my fitness levels and made me feel more energetic and better about myself.

When I first started, I was going to the gym a few times a week but was never sure that what I was doing was correct and would benefit me (I spoke to instructors but they had limited time and would show you and then leave you to do it). 

Four months later I still go to the gym two or three times a week but with Nicks help now know exactly how to perform the exercises (I can sometimes hear his voice in my head ‘tuck your tummy in’ or ‘weight through your heels’) and enjoy the varied routines Nick gives me to try when I am there.

I expected that having a personal trainer would mean no gym work but it’s the total opposite as Nick actively encourages me to go (and checks that I’ve been going!!)  I still see him once a week and love our sessions as we do stuff I would not do in the gym, and with the variety of different activities we do; he always keeps me guessing and working hard to achieve me goals.

Nick trains me once a week (which is always a good workout and sometimes fun!!) and gives more stuff to do in-between our sessions.  Put simply Nick has changed the way I think about exercise.  I used to go to the gym, spend 1-2 hours there and see little results.  Now I get my workouts done either at home or in the gym in about 45 minutes and see the results.  Its like Nick says ‘train smarter not harder’ and that is exactly what I now do.  Thanks Nick.
